Help Me... I am surrounded by sick children

I thought that I would do one posting, then like everything else realize that I am too busy to keep it updated. Well thanks to sick kids, and the silly people at daycare who don't want your kids passing the bug on I have had some time off. So I am making the time. Carson started out with this nasty string of the flu, We are guessing it is the flu, by getting a headache on Saturday. By Saturday night we were on clean up duty, I still don't understand why the kids don't completely grasp the consept of the throw up bowl. I tell them, "Hey if you feel sick and you can't make it to the bathroom, use this." sounds simple right? Wrong. "Mom, I missed the bowl." "Mom, I tipped the bowl over." "Mom..." you get the point. So Carson missed two days of school. I sent him to school this morning and so far with 45 minutes left of school, he is still there. So I think he is healed. Nick had a headache last night and this morning, it was his turn for the bowl. Nick actually hit the bowl, but with Nick's extra sensitive nose he won't use it more then once in an attack. And to suggest that he actually hold his head over the toilet is to him pretty much insane. The bathtub he will use but only if the shower is one so that he doesn't have to smell anything and it just washes right down the drain. At least it is an easy clean up. The problem is making sure that he makes to the bathroom while in the middle of the first wave so that he doesn't have to reuse the bowl before I can clean it up. Mica, so far is fine. So there you go. My 2nd official blog and it was all about bodily functions. I think I may like this after all. Enjoy won't you.

Oh, the glamorous life of a mom! I hope that by now your kids are feeling better and you and Ted have not joined them. It is fun that you started a blog. Have a great day!
